Culture is the soul of a nation, is the nation’s spiritual home. For a country, the culture is not only a kind of soft power, and attraction and cohesion of the nation, is also a kind of hard power, it is an important force to promote the development of productivity.The culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics is an important part of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, is also the free development of the productive forces, the only way to improve the comprehensive national strength, but also the premise and guarantee of socialist modernization construction. Nowadays in our country is in the period of social transformation, the politics, economy and culture in the great development of the wave of change adjustment, all kinds of different cultural ideas exchange is more thorough, the role of culture in the development of society more and more important position. How to improve and speed up the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, promote national cultural soft power, strengthen the international influence of the culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics and competitiveness, has becomes very urgent and important.After the reform and opening up, China’s social development has changed, people’s material life level has been greatly promoted, with the deepening of the open, pluralistic culture has it, the original cultural concept in China and form the impact, from a certain range, multiculturalism is beneficial for the richness of cultural content, but the multicultural jumbly, contains a variety of dregs and negative decadent ideas. So we must insist on a marxism to dominate, lead all kinds of cultural ideas.
