In modern Chinese language have a lot of adverbs, the vast majority of adverbs usage are quite flexible, and plays an important role in the grammar, no matter is in the study of modern Chinese language or in Chinese as a second language teaching, the adverb as an important grammar points because of its complex meaning, flexible and changeable usage.Foreign students in learning Chinese adverb "hai,you,zai", often cannot grasp the practical usage of these adverbs because of the different tone and context. On the other hand, the meaning and usage of the three adverbs have similarities, students are easily to confuse misuse in use process.Although in Kyrgyz and Russian languages have the expression of the three adverbs in words and grammar, in fact there is no corresponding words to Chinese, which make Kyrgyzstan students’ Chinese language learning cause great distress.This paper is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, including research background, research purpose, research significance, research object, research methods, data sources and theoretical basis, and the previous research are outlined; the second part is the usages and meanings of adverb "hai, you,zai", and comparative with Kyrgyz and Russian; the third part mainly studied the Kyrgyzstan foreign students’ acquisition of Chinese adverb "hai,you,zai", through the data collection of Kyrgyzstan students writing errors in assignments and exams, issue the test paper to sort out the the types of errors in the use of "hai,you,zai", and then analyze error; the fourth part mainly discusses the influence factors of Kyrgyzstan students produce errors; the fifth part is the conclusion, in view of the characteristics of Chinese adverbs in Kyrgyzstan students, and put forward relevant teaching suggestions.
