Making use of ECRSA toimprovement on the government management. From this progress, improving workefficiency, the quality and the image on the administrative management.Finally, through this article analyze and optimize the process of administrationexamination and approval in national territory resources bureau, the industrialengineering related theory and method instruct the government progress reengineeringin actual practice.
