Political moral hotline is gradually generated and developed under the socialist marketeconomy, along with the deepening of rectification work and the burgeoning of democraticappraisal of the political moral. It has become an effective carrier to correct unhealthypractices and has widely welcomed by the masses.“Sun hotline" presented by HebeiBroadcasting Station,is the country’s first provincial radio station to broadcast live aboutpolitical moral theme in the morning primetime. It is currently imitated by in its l31provincial stations and is forming " Sun hotline phenomenon" with nationwide effects., Whatis the enlightenment and reflections on China ’s political moral in terms of the perspectivefrom " Hebei " to " entire country" and then from " practice " to "theory"? After ten years ofdevelopment, what exactly does this type of historical contributions make and what role doesit play? In the current situation, what problems should be confronted with by " Sun hotline"and what is the future trend? How to improve it in the future? This article has made in-depthanalysis of programs about political moral from the perspective of public administration bycollating, summarizing and researching.
