Study On Maintenance Strategy Of The Chinese Government Credibility In The Transition

Since the reform an opening, china’s economy is developing rapidly, the people’sliving standards improved, democratic politics get advance. The credibility of thegovernment strengthened, its overall level is very high. At present, our country is inthe key historical period of social transformation. During the period public affairs ismore complicated and varied, the public demand higher quality of products andservices, all kinds of social contradictions frequent and intensified. However thegovernment social management and public service level and the public expectationshave certain gap, especially some local government making policies andimplementation process exist deviating from the public interest, cannot satisfy thepublic demand, lack of public interest realization degree and exist the phenomenon ofinjuring public interests, the serious influence the public trust in government andproduce public identity crisis of government activities, increase political and socialinstability. Based on the above ideas, the paper put the credibility of the governmentas the research object and social transformation period as the background, expoundresearch the background and significance, from two aspects includes the overallsituation of Chinese government credibility and the existing problems during thetransitional period expound the credibility of the government actuality, this Angle toanalyze the cause of problems, the main reasons from three aspects analyze includespolicy broken, administrative execution behavior lack normative and impartiality andinformation communication of the government and the public is not clear. Finally,puts forward some countermeasures to maintain the credibility of our governmentduring the transitional period, strengthen the government execution, reshape thegovernment operation mechanism, establish cooperation network of interactionbetween the political and the public, three aspects as route choice of the maintenanceof the credibility of our government during the transitional period.
