HIT’s Training Mode Of National Defense Students

Growing along with the development of the group of the national defensestudents, society realize more and more about the national defense students, theexpectations for the national defense students is also more and more high, thusthe requirements of improve the quality of the national defense students is alsomore and more urgent. However, as the time of setting up the system of thenational defense students is shorter, compared with foreign advanced trainingmode, there are many imperfections, needs to be improved. Currently theexperience on training the national defense students is limited,and the coherencewith the actual demand of the military struggle preparation in the new period isnot perfect.The education in local colleges for the national defense stu dents, afterall, is a new thing.No perfect system was destined to can’t meet the needs of thearmy in the new period.How to build the HIT’s training mode of the national defense students, toimprove the comprehensive quality of the national defense students under thebackground of vigorously promote the reform of China’s military is the importantquestion to research in this article. In the paper, according to the actualinvestigation between the students of HIT, including the questionnaire surveyfrom some graduation defense, using scientific and systematic analysis method,giving a precise research for HIT’s national defense students specificmode.Using the study of the theory of the cultivation model of the nationaldefense students as a starting point, combined with the actual situation in HIT,According to the constituent elements,respectively,to explore cultivation modelof the national defense students from home and abroad in the history. Finally,according to the results of these studies, put forward the relevant reformproposals, however,its significance for the cultivation and management of thenational defense students in HIT is huge.
