In recent years, along with the higher education system and institutions of highereducation enrollment scale, highly educated unemployment problem also will come tothe fore, especially since the2008financial crisis, also will be highly educatedunemployment growing. Our college graduates as an important economic and socialdevelopment of human resources, technology and education shoulder, theresponsibility of revitalizing the Chinese nation, the rational allocation of them is animportant part of the implementation of this strategy. Summarize existing domesticresearch can be found in domestic scholars from different research perspectives ofhighly educated unemployment problem has been studied, but ignores an importantresearch perspective, the structural imbalance perspective, this study will be used as anew structural imbalances perspective, from this point forward the structuralimbalances in the supply of higher education, irrational industrial structure, dual labormarket segmentation, employment is caused by outdated concepts fundamental to thehighly educated unemployment problem.Firstly, the main types of Chinese-educated unemployed summarizes the maintypes of Chinese-educated unemployed have structural unemployment, frictionalunemployment, involuntary unemployment, structural unemployment is a majormanifestation of which type of highly educated unemployed, by analyzing highlyeducated unemployed status and performance characteristics of the structure of highereducation from the supply imbalance, irrational industrial structure, dual labor marketsegmentation, the old concept of employment four analyzes the causes of highlyeducated unemployed, and made from the following four aspects of governance highlyeducated unemployment suggestions: Accelerate efforts to reform higher education,the establishment of employment-oriented higher education system; speeding upindustrial restructuring, promote industrial upgrading; further improvement in the labormarket, the establishment of a unified labor market; changing concept of employment,positive active employment.
