The Research On Policy Participation Of Social Organization In The Perspective Of Corporatism

Contradictions always happen in the medium stage of social modern development, In terms of our country, the contradiction and conflict have also began to emerge, People who have diversified demands lack of normal channels of interests expression, this situation always results in the occurrence of the public event with a nature of opposition and conflict repeatedly, Social organizations as organized by the common interests of group organization can become an idealized way of public’s expression and political participation. Social organization policy participation can widen the channel of the public policy participation, can better integrate and convey social various interests demand; Social organization policy participation not only can improve the policy of the democratic and scientific, but also can enhance the public’s political identity, which plays an important role in promoting the development of our country’s democratic politics. Since the reform and opening, our country’s social organizations develop rapidly, especially in the21st Century, the social organizations play a positive role in policy participation through a series of public events:Nujiang River hydropower station in2003, the old Summer Palace in2005bottom anti-seepage events, and so on. However, from the perspective of the reality of social organization policy participation, there are still many problems which cause the function of the social policy participation not well. Based on the practice of social policy, this article tries to analyze the problems in the process of social organization, and proposes the countermeasure through the perspective of corporation.This article is divided into six parts, including epilogue. The first part which is the first chapter, mainly expatiates the background and significance, the research object, the literature review at home and abroad, the basic ideas and methods of research; The second chapter, is mainly to study the theory, in-depth analysis of the theory of corporatism, and the feasibility of the theory; The third chapter, based on the reality of the social organization’s status and social organization’s policy practice in our country, analyses the problems in the process of social organization’s policy participation; The fourth chapter, in view of the problems in the process of social organization’s policy participation and the perspective of corporatism, analyses how to solve these problems, and what effort social organization and the government should make; Conclusion part, points that the government plays an important role in the process of promoting social organization’s policy participation and the problem of practice of corporatism theory which you should notice; Last, put forward an idea that promoting the social organization policy should be a need to be done on the basis of the stability of reform.
