Mongolia was among the first countries to recognize the People’s Republic of China, and on October16,1949formally established diplomatic relations. In1960the two sides signed the "Treaty of Friendship and Mutual Assistance Mongolia", in1962signed the "Mongolia-China border treaty." In the late1960s, under the impact of the deterioration of Sino-Soviet relations, bilateral relations have gone through a tortuous and complicated process.1970s, the two countries restored ambassadorial relations.80years, bilateral relations have gradually improved. In1989, bilateral relations and the two ruling parties-the relationship between the Chinese Communist Party and the Mongolian People’s Revolutionary Party of normalization. Since then, the friendly exchanges and cooperation between the two countries in the fields of politics, economy, culture, education, military and constantly consolidate and develop.1990Mongolia sides issued a joint communique,1994Amendment "Sino-Mongolian Friendship and Mutual Assistance Treaty" and on this basis, signed the " Sino-Mongolian friendship and cooperation treaty." Both sides confirmed that the two countries to strengthen and develop friendly and cooperative relations based on the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence.With the end of the Soviet Union and the Cold War, the collapse of the bipolar system, multipolar international system into the development stage, Mongolian domestic and international environment has changed dramatically, its foreign policy into the adjustment period, began to change with the former Soviet Union during the Cold War alliance comprehensive "one-sided" foreign policy in favor of the introduction of a supreme national interests, the full range of21st century foreign policy. In this context, Mongolia and China in the areas of politics, economy and culture have conducted fruitful cooperation. Mongolia is rich in content of both exchanges, the rapid development and remarkable achievements and great potential.This paper describes the development of the post-Cold War relations between Mongolia and the history of the contents of Mongolia "third neighbors" and "multi-point" diplomatic strategy and its implementation, as well as the relationship between Mongolia and global and regional cooperation mechanisms and so on. The first section briefly discusses the significance of the topic and the research value of this paper, combing the domestic and foreign research results on Mongolia-China relations, introduced the ideas and methods of the paper.The second part describes the proposed course of development of Mongolia and "multi-point" diplomatic strategy.The third part analyzes the implementation of Mongolia "multi-point" diplomatic strategy, and the impact of the strategy on Mongolia and other big countries and international organizations in relations.The fourth study the post-Cold War Mongolia Mongolia-China relations "multi-point" Diplomatic Strategy.The last part is a proposal to strengthen the Mongolia-China relations, the promotion of cultural and educational cooperation.
