Research On National Security Under The Background Of Social Organization Development

The development of social organization is an important path to make up for thegovernment failure and market failure. With the development of economy and socialprogress, social organizations have an increasing influence on society, politics,economy and people’s life, and get more and more attention from society. Since the16th National People’s Congress of CPC, CPC has put the development of socialorganization to the height of strengthening and innovating social management pattern.It has been actively guiding social organizations to strengthen their capacity-building,to improve the ability of providing social service, and to improve their managementinnovation. At the same time, national security problems brought by the developmentof social organizations have become an important part of China’s social managementinnovation nowadays.Given this, based on the theory of relation between nation and society, thenon-traditional security theory, the new security theory, the paper reasonably givesthe definition and connotation of the two core concept----social organization andnational security, and studies domestic and foreign academic circles’ discussion ofsocial organizations and national security, the rise and the developing trend of socialorganizations in China, the positive role of social organizations on national securityand the challenges brought by them, etc. Due to the reason that social organizationschallenge the traditional mode of state authority supreme, government has inadequateregulation on social organizations, western countries use social organizations towesternization and differentiation China, civil social organizations in China areunderdeveloped, social organizations have posed threats of regime, political, cultural,economic and social security to our national security. Using the United States, Russia,India and other countries’ experience of strengthening social organizationmanagement to ensure national security for reference, this paper gives the advice thatChina should strengthen social organization management to safeguard nationalsecurity, and puts forward the countermeasure and suggestion respectively such asstrengthening the national security education to the social public, strengthening thesupervision of social organization, preventing western countries to use socialorganizations to implementation "color revolution" to China, strengthening political sovereignty security, improving the ability of maintaining economic and socialsecurity, establishing and perfecting the relevant laws and regulations system. Wehope this paper’s tentative study of social organizations’ impact on national securitycan give some help to relevant research, therefore, at the time of strengthening socialorganization management innovation and helping them to play an active role, we canalso effectively safeguard national security and national interests.
