The sinicization of marxist jurisprudence is the combination of marxism and China’slegal system construction of law process, in the developing course of the sinicizationof marxist jurisprudence, party leaders combined the marxist jurisprudence and legalsystem construction, has formed the idea of "democracy and the rule of law","the ruleof law","people-oriented" idea, emphasize the idea of administration according to lawthe state law thought with Chinese characteristics, such as to realize the pathexploration of sinicization of marxism jurisprudence.This article study the analysis ofthe connotation and characteristics of marxist jurisprudence, and the developmentcourse of the sinicization of marxist jurisprudence research and facing problems,further explore the paths of the sinicization of marxist jurisprudence. The text isdivided into three chapters, and the introduction and conclusion, were five parts, theintroduction of marxism sinicization of law and its implementation research status ofthe path analysis, aims to point out that the purpose of this study and significance.Firstchapter analyze the connotation and characteristics of marxist jurisprudence, aimed ataccording to the analysis of marxist jurisprudence related problems, further study ofthe sinicization of marxist jurisprudence development related issues.In the sinicizationof marxist jurisprudence in China in the second chapter expounds on the problemsexisting in the development process, such as the dogmatism and feudal residualproblems and various problems arising from the legal work, etc., and through theanalysis of the causes of problems and it is concluded that the third chapter thesinicization of marxist law implementation methods of the path.According todogmatism and feudal culture problem, put forward by strengthening the publicity andeducation of legal system, promote the sinicization of marxist jurisprudence in thethoughts of implementation.Aimed at the problems existing in the legal work, probesinto the perfecting legal system from the aspects of legislation, judicial and lawenforcement work of the path.Epilogue part of the sinicization of marxist law papersummarizes implementation path exploration process, to further improve theimplementation of the sinicization of marxist jurisprudence path.This article is basedon the cause of the problems exist in the process of the sinicization of marxist jurisprudence analysis, focusing on the analysis of the sinicization of marxist lawimplementation methods of the path.Wishing it can make contribution to theconstruction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in China country under the ruleof law.
