The Research About Perfecting Democratic Supervision Of The Participating Parties

Democratic supervision is one of the important functions of participating parties in our country. It is the important content of socialist political party system with Chinese characteristics, and an important performance of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics. Since the 18th national congress of the communist party of China, the central committee of the communist party of China pay more attention to the role of the participating parties and people’s political consultative conference. As "Four comprehensive" has been put forward, the requirement of socialist democracy is further improved. Strengthening the democratic supervision of participating parties has important significance to advance China’s political democracy.This paper studies the path choice of perfecting our country’s participating parties’ democratic supervision, mainly divided into five parts. The first part is introduction. This part mainly introduces the background and significance of the selected topic, and then report the related topic research about present situation at home and abroad, finally it explains the research methods adopted in this topic. The second part is the introduction to the theory of democratic supervision of the participating parties. This section briefly summarize the participating parties and participating parties democratic supervision and the meaning of these two concepts. Then it introduce the properties and characteristics of participating parties democratic supervision as well as the form. The third part is the review of the history of the participating parties’ democratic supervision. From the preliminary attempt during the Anti-Japanese War to the political consultative conference held preparatory to the founding of the early, with the establishment of the political system, democratic supervision system is established, the democratic supervision on the right track. But due to the lack of experience, democratic supervision is in the anti-rightist struggle, it was badly damaged by the cultural revolution. Until the third plenary session of the meeting, and democratic supervision and participating parties restore vitality, making progress with the times continuously booming. The fourth part is the democratic supervision and restriction factors of participating parties. It mainly displays in the imperfection of the own construction of participating parties, participating parties democratic supervision mechanism is not perfect, there are some historical and realistic factors such as the lack of democracy and the rule of law tradition also restricts the continuous improvement of the democratic supervision. The fifth part is some thinking to improve the participating parties’democratic supervision. Firstly from the context of democratic supervision, as participating parties of democratic supervision, it create a good atmosphere of democracy and the rule of law, and the second is to strengthen the construction of the parties themselves, including theory construction, organization construction, and supervision and ability enhancement. Finally, the author thought on western political party’s supervision and using for reference.
