And now, in the case of the socialization of social welfare, from the western developed countries to solve the problem of pension services on the go, the road is a big trend, but also an inevitable historical choice, the only way to solve the contradiction between the supply and demand of elderly.In view of the above analysis, this article from our country’s aging population background, analysis of problems existing in our country’s pension family pension, community pension and the pension agency faces, puts forward the best way to solve the serious problems faced by our country is to realize the social old-age service socialization, this paper analysis from the perspective of the subject responsibility, analysis of the western countries on the pension service solutions to the problems and successful experiences, points out that in the current world, actively promote the "socialization of social welfare" in the new social situation, the social care service should also become the primary choice of our country, the connotation of the social care service is very rich, requirements diversification, diversification of forms of service, service content, service covering the whole of society to protect the elderly, and the market operation mechanism and so on.
