Study On Case Work Philosophy And Methods Involved In Community Correction

Along with our country’s community correction begin, the achievement of community correction has been made, but also exposed some problem. As one of the basic methods of social work, case work compared with other methods, such as group work and community work, is the earliest origin, the most complete, also one of the most commonly usedmethod.In view of the domestic present status of development of the community correction, should attach importance to the role of case work in community correction.This article selects the community correction in Z city, with the general representative for on-the-spot investigation and study, using the method of case interviews and participatory research, understand the concept of community correction and the method of application situation. By means of access to data collection and analysis, found that the concept of community correction and the shortage of method, to take this case work put forward ideas and methods involved in community correction point of view.The article is divided into five chapters. First chapter is introduction, including the topic origin and research significance, research status at home and abroad, core concepts and theoretical basis, research ideas, methods and innovations, the basis of this chapter for the thesis. Investigation on the current situation in the second chapter, the concept of community correction and the method, including the research purpose and significance, research objects and methods, results analysis of three parts. Chapter iii case work ideas and methods involved in the necessity and feasibility of community correction, including case work idea and method can meet the needs of the prison execution socialization and the development of community correction, case work idea and method is suitable for the two parts of community correction.The concept of the fourth chapter case work in community correction, the analysis of case work acceptance, respect, individualized, basic idea how to intervene in the situations in community correction, and its use in specific corrective case. Chapter v of the method of case work in community correction, talks from case work skills and basic mode is analyzed how to involvement in community correction, and the application in the specific case. This article finally to summarise the full text, in order to provide feasible idea and method of community correction, promote the better work of correction.
