A Study On The Humanistic Care Fort The Ideological And Political Education Of The Public Security Police Officers

Emphasis on "police-oriented" and the strengthening of "humane care" is an innovative thinking to promote ideological and political education work for police under the new situation, is also the inevitable choice to implement the spirit of the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,the eighteen session of the third and fourth Plenary Session,the Central political and Political work conference, and the Forum of Public Security Bureau Chief. Moreover, it plays an important role in building the public security team as a “Sword hilt” for the Party and the people. However, currently, the public security organs advocates "humane care" more for clients- the people, with few investigators paying attention to the humanistic care for the ideological and political education of the police. What’s worse, many problems which are not so consistent with the development of modern times has arisen. Therefore, it will be of a very important theoretical and practical value to carry out the research on humanistic care for ideological and political education of the Police, which helps police to pay more enthusiasm, initiative and creativity in receiving the ideological and political education,and makes such education more effective.Taking H City police officers as an example, this paper, from the subjective perspective of police, with the help of literature analysis, questionnaire, statistical analysis, individual interviews and empirical analysis combined with theoretical analysis and other methods, expands its study on the humanistic care for the ideological and political education of the Police. The paper gives a detailed introduction of the structure and definition of the related theories such as the value proposition at ideological and political education, content of human care, including material, spirit, institution, health,value and other respects. It insists that we adhere to the combination of tradition and innovation, equality and democracy, objective and science, strict management and benefits. At last, the paper also proposes solutions to establish a "police-oriented" humane care education philosophy, to respect and meet the reasonable demands and needs for the all-round development of individual police officers, to rich and innovative the ways in carrying out humane care, to strengthen the operation support for humane care. All in all, the paper aims to offer some inspiration and assistance to improve the work on the ideological and political education of the Public Security Police Officers in new times and to provide some references for such academic research in the future.
