Research Of The Assessment Of Scientific And Technological Progress Rules After Legislation In Jilin Province

We have developed the Democratic Legislation,promoted Scientific Legislation in our province by the assesment of Jinlin Province Science and Technological Progress Regulations Legislation. It is also an important step of legal construction in our province which reflects our idea of government by law. Throughout the assesment of legislation starts late, however, the Assesment of Scientific and Technological Progress Legislation even later. Besides we study little on the Assesment of Scientific and Technological Progress Legislation.The thesis intends to construct a perfect assesment mechanism of Scientific and Technological Progress Legislation by choosing the assesment subject and object, setting principles and standards, selecting procedures and methods. Finally we can reach a full assesment mechanism and offer a scientific assesment mechanism to the post-assesment of Scientific and Technological Progress Legislation in order to fully feed back the implementation of our Scientific and Technological Progress Legislation Regulations and help its development.Years ago, related staffs abroad have realized the importance of the assesment of legislation and started related research early. Domestic reseach is still at an initial stage. The thesis has analysised the assesment mechanism in and abroad with the current situation of implementation in our province to set an assesment mechanism for our own. In the end we also provide an institution assurance to the implementation. We sincerely hope it will play a role in the future research in this field.
