The Research Of Improve The Punishment Mechanism Against Corruption In The Perspective Of Mechanism Design Theory

The Chinese Communist Party and the Chinese government has been committed to investigate and punish corruption.With corruption more recessive form and content, which making the inspections and punish corruption work becomes more urgent, the anti-corruption situation is even more grim. Analyzing and studying the punishment mechanism against corruption in China will help us to understand the mechanism of corruption and understand the existing problems of punishment mechanism to punish corruption more effectively.This paper adopts literature research and data analysis and other methods to conduct a comprehensive analysis to China based on the theory of mechanism design anti-corruption punishment mechanism, and summed up the effectiveness of current anti-corruption and malpractice disciplinary mechanism, with the mechanism design theory in the information efficiency and incentive compatibility corruption in both applied discipline to explore a discipline-corruption measures in line with China’s national conditions.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is Introduction. This part has mainly described the background of this paper, the theoretical and practical significance of the study, literature researches on corruption and disciplinary mechanisms, research methods, writing frames and innovation.The second part has mainly described the meaning of anti-corruption involved theory in this paper. Firstly, describing the three mechanisms of the anti-corruption system of relations which concept disciplinary mechanisms, disciplinary mechanisms and prevention mechanism that consisting of elaborate security mechanism. Secondly, searching for the integrated point of mechanism design theory and the punishment mechanism against corruption in China. First, giving a brief introduction from a rational choice theory, game theory and social choice theory, the theoretical basis of the three and information efficiency and incentive compatibility two dimensions of the connotation of mechanism design theory. Second, showing the integration between the main analysis of mechanism design theory and disciplinary mechanisms against corruption.The third part describes the current status of disciplinary mechanisms against corruption.
