Theory And Practice Research On Ecological Civilization Of China Since Reform And Open‐up

With the rapid development of economy, Chinese social modernization has made great achievements which attract worldwide attention. However, the ecological environment has become a thorny problem in people’s life and production. The increasingly serious ecological environment problem, has hindered the sustainable development of the economy, and at the same time, restricted the improvement of national comprehensive strength. The deterioration of ecological environment worsen the relationship between human and nature, besides, make people become not harmonious. Ecological civilization as a form of human civilization, to respect and safeguard the natural as a prerequisite and to live in harmony for the purpose of human society, ecological civilization is the only way a virtuous cycle of sustainable development.In this paper, the main research content of theory and practice research on ecological civilization of China since reform and open‐up, use ecological thought as a guide; in line with the principle of combining theory and practice of the two; combined with the actual situation in our country; from the construction of ecological civilization historical background and theory origin; combed the exploration and achievements of the party and government in the system of laws,and regulations,policy technical support and other aspects since the reform and opening‐up. This paper also expounds the deficiencies of the ecological construction since the reform and opening‐up and tentatively to put forward practice path. Mainly includes: the ideological dimensions: establish the ecological idea, advocate science and healthy consumption; the economic dimension: the transformation of the mode of development and promote the development of circular economy; institutional dimensions: to perfect the policy and law, and improve the mechanism of ecological protection; the technical dimensions: play to science and technology strength, to seek the ecological science and technology support, international dimensions: strengthen international cooperation, to achieve global ecological harmony. In‐depth study of ecological civilization theory knowledge, sum up experience and the insufficiency, draw lessons from other countries. To strengthen the construction of education, science and technology, high and new technology industry in China, in a more effective measures to cope with the ecological environment.Ecological civilization construction is the one of the goals of world’s human beings, also it is the only road of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The construction of ecological civilization, fully embodies the starting point of the “people‐oriented” scientific development outlook of the Chinese Communist Party, shows the continuous improvement of the governing idea of the Chinese Communist Party, and accurately grasp of the law of development of human society.
