The existence of these problems, and lack the scientific system ofoccupation planning, training, performance evaluation and incentive mechanism, andthe police occupation development pathway is closely related to factors such as limited.The key to find the solution is based on a system of the theory of human resources ofthe public sector youth police occupation development, management and servicemechanism.
