through the contrast study on the alienated labor and non-alienated labor in ParisManuscripts and Glossen zu James Mill, a conclusion could be made that labor concept ofMarx in fact is a category with mobility and historic. They are the dialectical unity in thedevelopment of labor in human history and the both sides of labor activity of human. InGlossen zu James Mill, Marx interpreted labor from the dialectical development processwhich is from the definite uncivilized labor---negative alienated labor---definite freeconscious labor of human.While in Paris Manuscripts, he interpreted labor from the aspectthat the contradict sides of human labor is alienated labor and conscious labor. From thecompare, the triple relationship between human and nature, human and society, human anditself contained in labor, however, the combination of the natural quality and social quality isgot from labor activity so that the development of human can be achieved.The main contents of this thesis are divided into4parts:The first is focused on the alienated labor in Paris Manuscripts and Glossen zu JamesMill, which including:1,the comments on the4regulations of alienated labor in Note1inParis Manuscripts and their features,2,the discussion of labor to make living in Glossen zuJames Mill.The second is the discussion on the non-alienated labor in both Paris Manuscripts andGlossen zu James Mill which included3main aspects:1, the conscious labor of human whichagainst the alienated labor in Paris Manuscripts.2,the uncivilized labor as an exchange forrudiment in Glossen zu James Mill.3, Marx presumed in Mill that human as the productionlabor. To express the features and essences of non-alienated labor of Marx.The third part is the compare between alienated labor and non-alienated labor. Toanalysis the labor theory of Marx in the Paris Manuscripts and Glossen zu James Mill fromthe compare between alienated labor, labor to make living and non-alienated labor so that tomaster the philosophical connotation of the labor theory of Marx.The forth part is the conclusion of this thesis. The conclusion could be made through thediscussion above: the first is that labor concept of Marx in fact is a category with mobility andhistoric. The second is that the alienated and non-alienated labor theory of Marx is in fact the labor dialectic.
