Research On Social Security Situation Of Rural Disabled People In Tacheng Area

The disabled are the special group of people to our society. Compare to normal people, the disabled can not enjoy their various rights like normal people do due to the deficiency of their body and other aspect. The disabled have a narrower channel of employment, unguaranteed rehabilitation and education rights, which make the disabled cannot compete to normal people on fair in this society.Rural disabled people are the much more vulnerable group among all the disabled people in our country. Most of the rural disabled people suffered from the torment of Physical disability but also an unequal treatment on the aspects of economy and social resources. Xinjiang is a place of multiple nationalities and most of its disabled people lived in rural area, they could not enjoy social security roundly because of the faraway geographic position, misdistribution of resources and inconformity of economy development.This article teases the current social security theories of disabled people to find that social security of disabled people in our country develops in a very low speed. And most of the disabled people can’t enjoy preferential policy timely because of the unbalanced urban and rural economies development. To know the situation of social security of rural disabled people in Tacheng area, Xinjiang in detail through questionnaire survey, find out the problems exist in the social security of rural disabled people development process. And then put forward feasible suggestions according to local special actual situation in order to enhance the development of social security of rural disabled people in Tacheng area.
