Research On The Scope Management Of Chengdu City Project Construction Basic Platform

With the rapid development of deepening the reform of government institutions in China and the situation of information technology, e-government projects exist generally poor organization, poor coordination, lack of planning and control, project scope are difficult to determine, the problem of resource to share, which determines the standardized management to e-government project construction process, the thought and method the introduction of project management, the establishment of feasible, standardized project management system, guarantee the successful implementation of e-government projects.This paper starts from the related concepts and the basic theory of project scope management, the combination of Chengdu city grass-roots public comprehensive service supervision of construction project specific implementation, in accordance with the scope of the project demand analysis, scope definition, decomposition results, several process control change scope verification and scope, to be in the scope of the project management problems of the construction of e-government information project analysis, discusses the method of effective range management.
