Study On New Generation Of Migrant Workers Of Family Moral Education

In January 31,2010,the State Council issued the 2010 Central Document No.1,Several opinions on efforts to increase urban and rural development and further consolidate the foundation for agricultural and rural development,in which the first use of the "new generation of migrant workers" formulation appeared,and the targeted measures was demanded to take to solve the problem of the new generation of migrant workers,to let the citizenization happen to the new generation migrant workers. It also shows that with the development and change of social economy,the new generation of migrant workers gradually appear in all areas of society and economy,began to play an important role in society. The new generation of migrant workers has become the subject of migrant workers. The new generation of migrant workers is in the marriage and birth peak. With the new generation of migrant workers going out for a long time,the size and functions of the blood family of them have undergone many significant changes. The long-term migrant work lead to the situations that couples have no home to go to,the little children are not taught, parents have no guarantee for life. Family members have difficulties to improve the quality of life. So the new generation of migrant workers of family moral education is quite important.This paper focuses on the research on the new generation of migrant workers of family moral education problems. The first chapter, I made an important analysis on the basic unit of the new generation of migrant workers----family life. Analysis of the social changes of the new generation of migrant workers of family is based on blood angle. Changes in the three aspects of the process and features of the new generation of migrant workers mainly exist in intergenerational change, change and the relationship between family members; the second chapter,this paper analysis the difference in purposes,contents and methods of moral education between Chinese and foreign family. From the comparison between the East and the West,it put forward four enlightenments in Chinese new generation of family moral education, such as keeping the good the traditional,advancing with the times; combining with the situation of our country,draw advantage; right in the face of problems,and actively improve; learn from the western experience, avoid detours; the third chapter,this paper analyzes the new generation of migrant workers of family moral education. With the analysis above,this paper aiming at the impact of Chinese new generation of migrant workers and family changes of family moral education work, analyzes the family structure,family concept and education concept in three aspects; pointed out four main problems existing in Chinese new generation of migrant workers of family moral education, such as education idea is obsolete, the subject of education quality is low,the content of education and the education method is single and backward; it also analyze the reason from the social environment,lack of social utility in moral education and moral education thought of the interference and the new generation of migrant workers of family moral education environment is not stable; the fourth chapter,this paper tentatively puts forward the path to promote the family moral education. First of all,the new generation of migrant workers of family education should change the concept of family education; secondly, the new generation of migrant workers family should keep pace with the times,and optimize the family moral education content,synchronized with the society and the times; third,the new generation of migrant workers should try to improve the method of the family moral education actively,are under the pressure of a shift from the traditional to the dialogue; fourth,the new generation of migrant workers of family moral education should construct the modern family moral education mechanism,forming the unified education mechanism with family, school and community; fifth, the whole society should actively create a harmonious environment of family moral education.Through the research and discussion,this paper hope can help Chinese new generation of migrant workers in family moral education in a better way. With the promotion of individual,it can be able to help others better. Finally,it can also form a good social environment and learning environment,realizing a harmonious Chinese society faster and better.
