Thoughts Of How To Improve The Risk Management Of Incorrupt Government In The Power Supply Industry

Anti-corruption struggle, the relationship between the party and the country’s destiny, but also related to the success or failure of the socialist cause Chinese characteristics.Currently, the trend of anti-corruption in China is still grim. Party’s determination of anti-corruption is unshakable and Party insists anti-corruption and power being put in the cage of rules and regulations. The risk management of incorrupt post is not only one of the vital issues in the studies on the construction of Party’s style honesty and punishment&prevention system, but also a great concern among domestic scholars, governments and national enterprises. This paper mainly makes comparisons between the risk management of incorrupt government and post. In addition, it highlights the importance of post features in the risk management of incorrupt government, which is based on the domestic and foreign findings. Besides, it combines management philosophies of modern enterprises such as the risk management with the total quality control with post features in the power supply industry and makes ideas integrate into the construction of Party’s style honesty, which offers a new way of anticorruption in the power supply industry under the present situation.Taking the risk management of incorrupt post as a subject and based on a general description of existing research literature and scholar views, it carefully analyses research situation at home and abroad. Also, via different research methods like analyses of documents and case, it makes profound analyses and innovations of the risk management of incorrupt post in the power supply industry.The article consists of three parts.First, this paper introduces the relevant concepts and theories about risk management of incorrupt government and post and by comparing and analyzing them, it demonstrates the meaning and characters of risk management of incorrupt post as well.Then, it analyses the current situation of risk management of incorrupt post in the power supply industry and describes the implementation processes, frameworks, actual results and existing problems of risk management of incorrupt post in the power supply industry via collecting information and documents in this field.Finally, combined with my work experience, it presents 4 aspects of ideas focused on how to enhance the risk management of incorrupt post: First, promote the frameworks of risk management of incorrupt post and concentrate on solving risk assessment problems; Second, improve the process of risk management of incorrupt post from 4 steps of plans, executions, evaluations and revisions; Third, try to establish some long-lasting mechanisms of risk management of incorrupt post.
