Research On The Legal System Of Our Labor Law From From The Perspective Of Human Rights

With the protection of human rights in modern sport booming, labor rights has become an important part of the human rights system, the quality of the relationship between labor rights guaranteed to the extent of citizens’ basic human rights implementation. Always attached importance to the protection of labor rights of citizens, has established a relatively complete system of legal protection of labor rights, but because our country is at a crucial stage of comprehensive deepening reform, the pattern of social interests is undergoing major changes, coupled with the amount of labor for greater than demand, the phenomenon of labor rights violations are still very serious. Therefore, how to fit in the current situation in China under the premise, to achieve protection of labor rights of our citizens is the right to work in the future to improve the legal protection system faced an important issue. In this paper, related labor rights and human rights as a starting point, analyzes the human rights nature of labor rights, on the basis of the current situation and the lack of labor rights, legal protection regime conducted a detailed analysis.This paper is divided into six parts, the first part is an introduction.
