Civil servants are not only an important labor resource of our country, but also the important channel for modern women to show their career brilliance as a career. Our female civil servant team has been continuously strengthened in the new times, which shows that the society can generally accept women’s effect and ability, female township civil servants have many problems in promoting their self-development and realizing their self-value due to the influence of various subjective and objective conditions. How can female township civil servants cope with the difficulties in their development has important practical meaning.The paper takes Zhangzhou female township civil servants as research objects, based on the social gender theory, to analyze the existing problems of female township civil servants in their career development process, and puts forward specific countermeasures.Introduction, the first section of the paper, mainly introduces the research background and meaning, and summarizes the research results of female township civil servants at home and abroad on the basis of consulting a great amount of materials The second section explicitly defines the key concepts such as "career development" and "female township civil servants in villages and towns" in the research; then explains social gender theory, work-life balance and other theoretical knowledge. The third section summarizes the current situation of the career development of Zhangzhou female township civil servants. The fourth section analyzes ceiling difficulty, gender discrimination difficulty, family gender role difficulty and other development difficulties and their reasons of Zhangzhou female township civil servants from inner and outer aspects. Regarding existing problems of Zhangzhou female township civil servants, the fifth section systematically puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the development system of female town civil servants, break down the traditional gender concept and relieve family and work disputes.
