| At present, with the faster and faster development of China’s urbanization, the mismatch between the growth of urban population and the construction of urban public municipal facilities, the appearance and accumulation of many risks, more and more inducing factors of urban emergency, a city becomes a frequent flashpoint for emergencies. Our government has gradually attached importance to the management of urban emergency from SARS in 2003, which also shows that the emergency management has a short history in our country, thus there should be a defect in the management system. Therefore, in order to ensure the harmonious, stable and rapid development of cities, it is necessary to improve the government’s emergency management ability and establish, perfect the urban emergency management system.As the lifeline of urban development, urban water supply is an important part of urban public facilities, there is no doubt for the importance of emergency management of urban water supply. In recent years, with the rapid development of cities, the pressure of urban water supply is growing increasingly, and in this case, in order to better the emergency management of urban water supply emergency, based on the perspective of urban water supply emergency management, this paper studies the emergency management of water supply of Xuancheng. The paper analyzes the current situation of the emergency management of urban water supply in Xuancheng, summarizes its defects and reasons and puts forward the countermeasures of perfecting the water supply emergency management of Xuancheng, in order to fully improve the government’s ability in emergency management of urban water supply from the following key links, that is, to establish and improve the emergency management system, to improve the emergency management operation mechanism and to optimize emergency management insurance.Hoping this article can provide useful reference for emergency management of urban water supply emergency in small cities. |
