Under The Perspective Of Network Governance Theory Research Of City Environmental Health Management

With the development of the socialist modernization, the urban environmental sanitation management is paid more and more attention, and it has gradually become an important indicator to measure the effectiveness of the government function. The health of urban environmental health directly affects people’s health problems, affecting the normal operation of the economic construction, the impact of the city’s clean and tidy appearance, it is the primary indicator of urban evaluation. At the same time, the city’s environmental health is an important part of urban spiritual civilization, which reveals the noble sentiments of the city’s citizens. Urban environmental sanitation should be gradually improved with the increasing of people’s environment, so as to meet the needs of people for the environment. Therefore, the urban environmental sanitation management has put forward a very high demand.Government as the main body of urban environmental health governance should play the leading role of the government, with a variety of organizations to jointly manage the environment, breaking the past that rely solely on the government’s situation. Based on the theory of network governance, this paper analyzes the governance of urban environmental sanitation with the actual situation of J, and illustrates the practical problems of J and how to use the theory to solve these problems. This paper mainly uses the method of literature research and case study. Some suggestions are put forward from the perspective of the management of urban environmental governance. This paper is mainly divided into the following parts:The first part is the introduction, which focuses on the significance, methods and research status of the research, and the possible shortcomings of this paper. The second part is about the related concepts and theoretical basis. The third part is a brief description of the current urban environmental health governance problems in J city. The fourth part is the analysis of the causes of environmental health management in J city. The fifth part is the combination of network governance theory to the J city environmental health management and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
