Research On The Government Information Pubicity Of Changshu In We Media Age

Since the Regulation of the People’s Republic of China on the Disclosure of Government Information has implemented on May 1,2008, all the relevant government work has gradually launched. The local governments and departments at all levels began to open up the government information disclosure column. With the advantages of the network communication technology, the important information from government, such as development planning, financial planning, personnel appointment and performance review, has been disclosed one by one. Citizen’s Right-to-Know has been legally protected. With the popularization of Internet and its rapid development, massive information flood to us every day. The way people get the information are becoming more diverse, the content is also very rich, which tells us the Media Age has already come. With the complex information, people need to analyze, screen and judge independently. At the same time, people can also be the first information producer. In recent years, by using blogs, forums and Wechat, Self-Media has been rapidly and more liberally developed, which also brings profound impact on the disclosure of government information..As the 2015 National Top Third country-level City, Changshu City, to research on the government information disclosure under Self-Media age has a profound significant meaning and long-term value for exploration. Changshu is located in the Yangtze River Delta Development Zone along the Yangtze River. It has a long history and profound culture. The development of urban city is fast with high quality, the administrative service is efficient and convenient, people lives very happy and fulfilled. With the rapid development of the media, the government information disclosure will also face the new challenges. My research object of this thesis focuses on the disclosure of Changshu government information, combining with the Self-Media age, referring the successful experience around the world, using the theory of the government information disclosure development under current situation in Changshu, to analyze and provide improvement suggestions based on the analysis results. Hopefully, through this research, citizen can better achieve their Right-to-Know; the development of government information disclosure theory can also be improved. Furthermore, to deepen the government administrative reform under new situation, to better understand the transformation of government functions, to promote the government information disclosure programming, standardization and normalization, to accelerate the development of media politics, to achieve a better way of promoting government information disclosure and to encourage a new era in government information disclosure.
