High education work lies in improving quality of teaching, which is influencedby teachers’ job satisfaction and organizational commitment. And human resourcesmanagement activities, including employment and disposition, training anddevelopment, performance evaluation, and promotion, are related to the teachers’ jobsatisfaction and organizational commitment. At present, some phenomenon arousedour attentions, such as human resources shortage and improper configuration. Basedon the above phenomenon of human resources waste, empirical research is carried outto analyze the effects of human resources management in universities on the workingsatisfaction and organizational commitment, which is of important significance toimprove the teaching quality in universities.On the basis of research status summary and sufficient considering thatuniversity is a non-profit organization that offering scientific research for society, theinfluence research of human resource management on the teachers’ workingsatisfaction and organizational commitment is carried out. After referring to relevantpertinent literature and scales, with semi-structural interview results, the humanresources management scale, the job satisfaction scale and organizationalcommitment scale are screened out, which are consistent with the practical situations.323university teachers from3universities in Jiangxi Province are surveyed throughquestionnaire. Then realiability and validity of the status are verified.Combined with current literatures, aiming at the effects of optimum sixdimensions of human resource management on job satisfaction and organizationalcommitment, some research hypothesis are proposed. Based on the investigation datafrom216questionnaires, structural equation model is established to verify thehypothesis proposed above with the data analysis software SPSS17.0and AMOS17.0. Furthermore, the effects of human resource management on teachers arediscussed from the aspect of demographic variable. After data analysis, someconclusions are obtained. The optimum6dimensions of human resourcesmanagement, including employment and disposition, incentive mechanism,occupational safety, participation, performance management, and human resourceplanning based on the strategic, own positive effects on the job satisfaction andorganizational commitment.It is verified that the relationship between each dimension of human resource management and the job satisfaction or organizational commitement is not one-to-one.Furthermore, the influence approaches of human resource management on the jobsatisfaction and organizational commitement in each dimension are concluded. Somesuggestions and expectations are proposed on human resource management in the end,which will guide the formulation and implement of human resource managementsystem, and improve the university teachers’ working quality. At the same time, it willhelp to provide fundamental basis and practical evidence in cultivating high-qualityinnovative talents.From the aspect of demographic variable, the influnce of human resourcemanagement on teachers are discussed, which shows that significant influences aregenerated of different dimensions of human resource management on differentdemographic variables.At last, insufficient and prospects are proposed to provide reference for continueresearch.
