In order to roundly and accuratelyreveal the current situations of amateur football development of Liaocheng, identify theobjective factors that hinder its development, seek reform program, and explore the roadof scientific development, and then promote amateur football of Liaocheng to embark on apath of stability,health and development.In the study, through interviews, questionnaires and other research methods, theindicators such as the objective constitutes of Liaocheng amateur football sport, subjectivemotivation of amateur football players, influence factors and so on were investigated, wecan find that the level of economic development of Liaocheng can providedevelopment of amateur football with better material conditions, age structure andeducational structure of Liaocheng amateur footballer are more reasonable amateurfootball games which are carried out by counties of Liaocheng also begin to take shape,but in the term of the whole amateur football sport, there is many problems that requirescontinuous improvement, the problems are mainly manifested in the following aspects: Liaocheng amateur football lacks scientific development-oriented and efficient support andguidance of government departments and social organizations; the team management ofvarious amateur football clubs of Liaocheng is very loose, and personnel changes amongthe team are high flexibility, it is not conducive to the stable development oforganizational systems; the number of football grounds is not enough, and can noteffectively meet the needs of national fitness; professional, skilled football referees aresrelatively scarce, resulting in phenomenon of wrong convictions of football game, blackwhistle, human feeling whistle and bringing disharmonious factors to amateur football.According to conclusions of the study, mainly made the following recommendations:a clear market positioning of amateur football, set up amateur football league of Liaocheng;clear development goals, develop strategic planning; combination of physical education,increase the open number of sports venues; strengthen media campaign, actively bid allkinds of football games; improve various rules and regulations, accelerate the developmentand universal promotion of sports injury insurance.
