Middle school students are in the transition period of physical and mentaldevelopment, both mental and behavior have very strong plasticity, especially theMiddle school students of Tibetan, because of living in an atmosphere of strongreligious belief, they have particularity compared with other ethnic students,TibetanBuddhism, as their religious, has become an important and indispensable part in thedaily life of Tibetan people.For middle school students, false religion can not onlyhinder the healthy development of individual body and mental, What’s worse, whichcan rise to national problem, and then jeopardizing social harmony and stability.If wecan improve the Tibetan students’ religious identity, Which is of great significance toactively construct the harmonious symbiotic relationship among Tibetan people’snational identity,national identity and religious identity; and can also provide anempirical basis with the formulation and implementation of minority’s educationpolicy under the diversity in unity of education theory in our country. Therefore,Improving the Tibetan Middle school students’ religious identity, which cannot beignored in the process of education among Middle school students in Tibetan.Then, this paper analyzes the present situation of Middle school students’religious identity in Tibetan with the methods of questionnaires and interviews fromthe six angels of religious evaluation, religious attachment, religious behavior,religious attribution, religious experience and self-classified. The survey shows, interms of religion evaluation, Tibetan Middle school students think highly of theirreligion compared with other religions. In terms of religious attribution, national policyon freedom of religious belief plays a great role, the most important impact is from theTibetan students’ parents. The terms of religious experience and religious attachmentare very high on the whole, but the shortage is Tibetan students overly attached to theirown religious beliefs in daily life. the terms of religious behavior is low compared withreligious identity’s other angles. In terms of religious self-classified, Tibetan middleschool students have a clearly classification. At the same time, This paper furtheranalyzes the influence factors of Middle school students’ religious identity in Tibetan, which is not only from external factors, including community, family and school, butalso from the effect of Middle school students themselves in Tibetan.Finally, based on the existing problems of investigation, this paper focuses on thespecific recommendations on improving Tibetan Middle school students’ religiousidentity: The communities should strengthening the propaganda and adhering to thepolicy of our country’s religious belief; paying attention to the problem of religiousidentity in Tibetan students and strengthening the study of religious identity to ethnicarea. The schools should play a leading role in the process of education on Tibetanmiddle schools students’ religious identity. The family should create a goodenvironment for children’s religious identity. The Tibetan students should strengthentheir own education on religious identity. That is to say, we should call on all aspectsof the whole society to be able to create a good religious educational environment forTibetan middle school students, fully understand the result of religious identity,improve the masses of the Tibetan students learning to utilize the positive aspects ofreligious identity, so as to jointly build the environment of the Middle school students’physical and mental health development.
