Today our society has entered the era of knowledge economy,compared with the traditional agricultural economy and industrial economy,the main factors of its development is no longer natural resources and capital but knowledge.Individuals,as the main body of knowledge production distribution and use,their quality will play a decisive role in the development of knowledge-based economy.Only through study and constantly improving learning ability,can we meet the requirement of the times.On the basis of a large number of relevant educational theories and documents, drawing on the study results of chemistry and other related subjects, combined with the high school chemistry classroom teaching practice in the new curriculum reform,the "433" classroom teaching model is established focusing on cultivating students’ability."433" classroom teaching model,which centers on cultivating students’ ability,combines students’essence status with teachers’directing role.Its foundation is students’initiatives;its carrier platform is students’ learning plan; its nucleus is exploration; its way is cooperation and communication.The model provides a free space for the students to explore the new knowledge,to present their talent and develop themselves with the help of teachers’stimulation, making them the master of the class.The model will gradually realize the change from mastering the knowledge,study skills and methods to the formation of knowledge structure,to the establishment of activity experience through the process of creating situation and self-explorationâ†'students’ cooperation and communication,teachers’instruction and explanationâ†'exercises,summing up and assessment.In the implementation of three-dimensional goals,that is knowledge and skill goal,process and methods goal and emotion,attitude and values goal, students’ capabilities including observation,memory, thinking imagination, experimenting ability, the ability to cooperate and communicate, the ability are cultivated and improved, realizing Ss substainable development.Based on the above concept, we put the research into effect in the two classes, Grade one Jingshan No.1high school. I choose textbook (PEP) chemistry required1chemistry required2,chemistry elective4---theory of chemical reaction as my teaching contents. The two classes are consistent in teaching schedule and after-class exercises.They are divided into groups according to the principles of homogenization between groups and heterogeneity in groups,then impose the "433" classroom teaching model on them while the other classes still adopt traditional teaching model.After the research, I collect data from three aspects:written test, survey and interview with students with which I assess the teaching model.The result shows that "433" classroom teaching model focusing on cultivating students’ ability can improve students’ interest to study chemistry and participate in the class,can improve their observation,memory, thinking and imagination capacities, their abilities to do experiment,to explore knowledge scientifically,to cooperate and solve the problems.To sum up I draw the conclusion the implementation of the model will contribute to the realization of the three-dimensional goals,the formation and improvement of students’abilities,the change of students’ learning methods,the change of teachers’ role,the cultivation of students’ non-intelligence factors,the development of students’ cognition structure and students’ development of subjective initiative and awareness of cooperation and communication...
