Purpose:In today’s society, along with the aging of the population growing, the elderlyhealth problem comes, old injury prevention become the important public healthproblem. Fall, as one of the older common accident harm, not only cause harm to theelderly’s body, but also to their mental health caused by different degree of damage.Related research showed that tai chi can improve balance ability in the elderly. tai chislow the movement of soft and soft way popular with some of the elderly, but forsome of the older elderly, tai chi complex action line, not easy to remember themexercise, tai chi and other fitness programs and fusion characteristics of fallprevention smooth operation, simple, slow gentle was more suitable for the elderlypopulation in the promotion practitioners. This study by the Shanghai sports InstituteMartial Arts Academy compose slip front and rear anti-fall training operationindicators of the balance, and to explore the effect of the anti-fall slide operation toprovide an experimental basis for the promotion of traditional health exercises.Methods:The subjects of this study was to Shanghai yangpu community6455-65yearsold in the elderly, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group for12weeks of fall prevention smooth operation of exercise(60minutes each time,2times a week), control group to keep the original way of life.Fall prevention and smooth operation by Shanghai Institute of Physical EducationMartial Arts Academy to study innovations of group members, which are mainly fromthe prevention of falls in the elderly perspective, into the basic movements of tai chiin every movement, more targeted in the exercise. This experimental research ismainly to test the static balance ability index in the elderly (Tetrax balancinginstrument) and dynamic balance function extension index (Star Excursion BalanceTest).Results:1、Comparison of normal position indicatorsThe experimental group, before and after the experiment under the eyes, eyesState trajectory length total track length, the x axis, y axis trajectory angle of long,enveloping space, shake exist significant differences.After the experiment, and compared to the experimental group and the controlgroup: total track length change trends, x-axis trajectory angle of long, envelopingspace, shake the indicators are there significant differences, only y-track length doesnot exist significant differences with the control group.2、Plus the indicators compare OttomansThe experimental group, eyes open and eyes closed before and afterexperimental State plus foot trajectory length total track length, the x axis, y axistrajectory angle of long, enveloping space, shake a downward trend, and has a verysignificant difference. After the experiment, and compared to the experimental group and control: totaltrack length change trends, x-axis trajectory long, enveloping the area3、Comparison of left and right leg SEBT values before and after the experimentthe experimental group and the control groupAfter12weeks of fall prevention smooth operation of exercise, in addition to themedial group left leg in anteromedial SEBT value compared with the experimentbefore the other direction have significant difference; Right leg in addition to themedial group relationship in the other direction SEBT values have significantdifference compared with medial.After the experiment group compared with control group in the left leg SEBTvalue in addition to the anteromedial, lateral and anterolateral, have significantdifference in the other direction; After the experiment group compared with thecontrol right leg SEBT value in addition to the anterior and anteromedial, which havea significant difference in the other direction.Conclusion:1、 By comparing the center of gravity moved trajectory that12weeks of fallprevention smooth operation of exercise is helpful to improve the elderly’s staticbalance ability.2、By comparing star excursion balance test, the12weeks of fall prevention smoothoperation of exercise can improve the elderly’s dynamic balance.3、12weeks of fall prevention smooth operation of exercise is helpful to improve theability of the static balance of the elderly, illustrate regularity of fall prevention slidehold the balance of the old people in the exercise of good effect, for promoting thedevelopment of traditional sports will play a positive role.
