Research On The Present Situation, Problems And Countermeasures Of School&enterprise Cooperation In Changzhou

Our country is in the period of social transformation. With the further deepening ofthe reform of government function, the theory of market competition, people-orientedand performance evaluation are introduced to the management of higher vocationaleducation. By analyzing the government functions in school&enterprise cooperationdilemma, the author hope to explore the local government how to scientifically positionits function in Higher Vocational Schools and enterprises and promote the localgovernment to produce changes in the concept of development, cooperation model andsecurity mechanism. Finally, it is also hoped that the public educational policy, whichbased on the concept of new public management, can guide and promote thecooperation between Higher Vocational Schools and enterprises, and then serve theregional economic and social development.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part mainly introduces thebackground and significance of the research, the present situation in domestic andforeign research, the basic concepts and theoretical basis and research methods andideas; the second part is for the investigation of "school&enterprise cooperation inChangzhou Higher Vocational Education Park"; the third part is the analysis ofChangzhou government in the shortage of school&enterprise cooperation in highervocational schools; the fourth part mainly analyzes the reason to the problems; and inthe fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions of Changzhou government topromote the school&enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education.
