research purpose: The purpose of this experiment was to analyse and compare7excellent maleathletes and8ordinary male athletes by using3D image measures, so as to understand the characteristics ofsnatch technique the excellent male athlete.Research contents: The subjects are15male weightlifting athletes(N=15). containing different levelsof athletes, including7excellent athletes as the experimental group A and8ordinary athletes as the groupB. Using2JVC9800cameras shooting athletes snatch, obtain the3D kinematic data by processing imagedata with APAS-2000. The kinetic data using "inverse dynamics analysis" method by the kinematic data.All subjects using the barbell test, the barbell weight is the maximum capacity of90%athletes. Each testtwo times. Analyzing all these data with statistics software SPSS13.0. the author finds the key factorsaffecting snatch skill, which can offer help to trainers and trainees.Study result and conclusion:(1) In the snatch, elite athletes to comply with the "joint movement orderprinciple". But some ordinary athletes do not comply with the "joint movement order principle", someshoulder joint force is too slow, These are not conducive to the weightlifting;someones are Premature",thus can against the joint movement order principle and the power efficiency.(2) Elite athletes force fasterand more powerful In weightlifting than ordinary athletes. Lift force and inertia force generated is muchhigher than the general level of athletes, This feature can ensure the barbell has enough upward trend,provide sufficient time for the athletes subsequent squatting barbell action.(3) Excellent athletes and thebarbell were closer than the general level of athletes in the snatch. Specific performance for the barbell withsmaller before and after the movement in the process of the barbell offset and smaller "/bar" spacing. Thetechnical feature allows athletes to produce lift greater efficiency in the small bar gravity arm case, as wellas the technical advantages in maintaining the stability of the barbell.(4) In the snatch and clean process,excellent alhletes forced with smooth and continuity. Specific performance for the barbell speed curve isincreasing, as a single peak curve typical. The technical characteristics of the rapid rise in ensuring thebarbell, the athletes improve power efficiency.(5) Technical principle of outstanding athletes in thesquatting barbell stage with "fast". Excellent athlete squat quickly, timing accurate, to ensure that athleteshave ample time to squat to favorable meet barbell height..
