Research Of Medical Students’ Cultivation And Management Mode Under The Background Of Deterioration In Doctor-patient Relationship

In recent years, there have been frequent contradictions and conflicts between doctors and patients in our country. Doctors and patients, who should respect each other, have an increasingly tense relationship.The doctor-patient contradictions had a sharp escalation and even became incidents of violence. It has had a serious effect on the social stability and became the focus of news media and the public opinion. The current status of the contradictory doctor-patient relationship exposes the deficiencies and shortcomings of the medical workers in the aspects such as doctor-patient communication, occupation accomplishment, moral cultivation and legal concepts. New medical model demands for medical workers who own humanistic qualities of well-communicating abilities and occupation morals,as well as strong medical basic knowledge and adept professional skills. It is the reflection of the comprehensive qualities of an eligible medical worker and the foundation of constructing harmonious doctor-patient relationship. However, the traditional training model of medical students has obviously hardly satisfy the social requirements for medical staff. Against such a backdrop, the reform and innovation of the training model for medical students will be of an important and far-reaching significance to the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients and to social progress.Through analysis of present situation and causes of the conflicts between doctors and patients,this text put forward the present training situation and characteristics of the medical students and the deficiencies of the training model in the doctor-patient contradiction background.It also proposes the improvement of training content,the establishment of quality assurance system and the construction of new pattern of medical training model in order to produce medical workers of the new era, who possess both political integrity and ability and is suitable for the modern medical development. Only in this way can we alleviate the contradiction between doctors and patients and create a harmonious society.
