Evaluation Of Campus All-in-one-card Project Management Ability

The arrival of the third technological revolution marked the development and popularization of digitization. The construction of digital campus model was carried out under such a background. Campus all-in-one-card project is an essential element of digital campus model, based on information campus-based. It uses application systems in campus to provide a strictly identification and electronic payment services, and can realize the convenience of "one card in hand, walk around the campus" in campus. In order to improve the service quality of working, learning, life of teachers and students, improve the campus digital information, speed up the pace of construction of digital campus, Taiyuan University of Technology was determined to build a campus all-in-one-card project to adapt with the construction of digital campus. Until now, Taiyuan University of Technology card projects focus on aspects such as the development and application of the system. But generally the card management system during the pilot phase, has not formed a rational and effective system of self-management judgment.The purpose of this paper is through the research of the campus all-in-one-card project in Taiyuan University of Technology to build a campus all-in-one-card project management capability evaluation model and improve management capabilities. This has very important significance to discover problems and improve the management level of the project and management capabilities. This paper is based on the research results in related fields of the domestic and foreign, it studies on the Taiyuan University of Technology campus all-in-one-card project management ability by using quantitative and qualitative methods, theory and empirical combination method. Firstly, according to the principles of the scientific, reasonable and feasible, establish the evaluation index system of the campus all-in-one-card project of Taiyuan University of Technology from the four aspects of the project design and planning management, project organization and management, project management, late in the project management and the ability to maintain. Secondly, use the SPSS software and ANP method to establish ultimate project evaluation index system and determine the weight of each index. Thirdly, mark the management ability of Taiyuan University of Technology campus all-in-one-card projects, using expert evaluation method. Finally, analysis results from consolidating the capabilities of the project design and management, continuing to improve the management capacity of the project organization management, strengthening the management capabilities of the project implementation constantly, focusing on strengthening the maintenance and management capabilities of the post project and puts forward advice to improve the level of project management of campus all-in-one-card project.
