Since the reform and opening up, with the vigorous development of China’seconomy and society, the state and corporate level personnel for technical increasingdemand for such personnel requirements are also rising. Technical vocational schoolsand technical personnel as an important training sophisticated important force base andvocational and technical education, community and business development for nowplaying an increasingly important role, but due to social prejudices for vocationaleducation and vocational school students positioning deviation of development,resulting in a vocational education and the growing emphasis on student careerdevelopment, neglect of personal and cultural qualities of the status quo, vocationalstudents to understand today’s cultural status and cognitive learning how to studyvocational students through professional social work in learning self-efficacy andpromote their personal and cultural qualities of the upgrade, the present study hasimportant theoretical and practical value.Conduct research to learn self-efficacy social aspects of the classroom in the formof a high school class of S43students, to explore from a cognitive learning, learningbeliefs, learning objectives and methods to enhance students’ ability to learn, to improvelearning the plight of the correct way to promote research students to learn and growand progress. The research activities carried out by nine workers from the four studieshelp students learn to enhance a sense of self-efficacy, students understand the needsand circumstances of the case study through questionnaires and guides to help studentsget promoted progress in these areas, made certain effect on the study that is inadequate, hope that other researchers can from pointing. After studies showed that cognitivelearning, learning beliefs, learning objectives and learning methods and learning there isa close correlation between self-efficacy, different learning cognition, learning beliefs,learning objectives and learning methods will self produce different effects on efficacy of state vocational students learn confidence and ability to learn a crucial impact. Whilesocial workers classroom learning for vocational students to enhance self-efficacy has acritical effect on their learning cognition, learning beliefs, learning objectives andmethods change, have a positive effect, allow more people to pay attention to theResearch vocational students to learn self-efficacy contribute to the achievement ofvocational education and vocational students to grow and learn and study the road.This study hopes to study social work interventions affect self-efficacy forvocational students, inspired researchers to identify the vocational students to learn self-efficacy studies of new research directions and research goals.
