The Study Of Operating Mechanism Of China’s Badminton Sports Reserve Talents Training

To solve the problem of the lack of reserve talents of badminton, and promote the development of China’s badminton in a better way, the thesis makes operating mechanism as a starting point, using literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and expert interviews, using management and teaching theory of knowledge as a reference to study the process mechanism, evaluation mechanism, guarantee mechanism, governance mechanism that influence the training and running of china’s badminton athletics reserve talents. The thesis summarizes the successful experience of the operating mechanism has made in the training of badminton athletics reserve talents in our country, and analyzes the main existing problems of it. The thesis uses foreign experience as a reference, combined with China’s specific reality to propose solutions.The results are as follows:(1) during the process of China’s badminton reserve talents training, there are some problems:the traditional training channels and emerging channels separated from each other, lacking of team building coaches, the participating motivation of athletic badminton reserve talents is non-specialized; (2) in the evaluation of China badminton reserve talents, it is found that the number of China’s badminton talents in critical stage is small, the reserve talented quality is not high. The performance are that the low level of the moral and cultural level, the injury is serious, the declining of athletic ability; (3) in the guarantee of badminton reserve talents training, it is found that the current regional guarantee funds are not unified, the supervision of material guarantee is not effective, the cultural education guarantee of reserve talents is lacked, the lack of job placement guarantee of talents has raised concerns, the national policy is not enough to guarantee our low class badminton reserve talents; (4) in the management of china’s badminton reserve talents training, under the current system of sports management, management institutions are not synchronized, the fund is lacked, the government’s "contradiction of management and doing" is outstanding, the policies and regulations are unsound. These problems have seriously affected the development and cultivation of China’s reserve talents of competitive badminton.Conclusions are as follows:(1) the athletic reserve talents of badminton training and operating mechanism of China is imperfect, seriously affecting the sustainable development of badminton of China, so it is needed to perfect the badminton reserve talents training mechanism from the inside to the outside; (2) China should establish a multivariate process mechanisms of badminton reserve talents training, and improve the level of scientific training of coaches. We should implement the mode of "Combination of sport and education", and broaden the selecting scope of our badminton reserve talents. We also should perfect the trials system; (3) China’s badminton reserve talents training should establish multivariate evaluation mechanism, and set up reasonable evaluation criteria and evaluation content. Multivariate evaluation methods should be advocated; (4) China’s badminton reserve talents training should establish multi-protection mechanism, in the ways of broadening the scope of guarantee, establishing a unified guarantee standards, perfecting the cultural education and employment guarantee of talents, supervising the material guarantee in a strict way, implementing social guarantee to solve guarantee issues of China’s badminton reserve talents training; (5) China’s badminton Reserve Talents training should establish a comprehensive talents governance mechanisms. We should further deepen the reform of sports management system. Unified management by the government should be transited to government and social co-governance. At the same time, we should implement the rule of law, and perfect the ruling laws. We should promote the sport marketization through policies.
