But at present our country most of the colleges and universities of high level training mode of track and field athlete also has many disadvantages, such as cultivation mechanism is not sound, lack of the safeguard mechanism, problems and the insufficiency, this led directly to the result of some universities in our country track and field athletes to realize low.In this paper, the Beijing university of high level training mode of track and field athletes as the research object, and ultimately selected tsinghua university, Peking University, renmin university of China, Beijing university of aeronautics and astronautics, Beijing institute of technology and Beijing university of science and technology school engaged in track and field training of athletes and coaches as the main research object. Using documentary, logical analysis, expert interview method, questionnaire investigation, visiting investigation and mathematical statistics to the six university high level track and field athletes training mode has carried on the thorough research, the following conclusions:1. The six most of the colleges and universities according to the ministry of education issued the policy about recruit high level track and field athlete recruitment, and use the training mode of "teaching" to cultivate high level athletes, in adhering to the "education first, physique and personality" concept of physical education, shaping brain "body balance, the pursuit of excellence, all-round development" of inter-disciplinary talent.2. The six universities according to their respective operating conditions, considering the athletes to the actual situation of both learning and training, targeted set a fixed number of year four to five years. For high level athlete has a separate class and class with ordinary student class system, and use a separate examination and reference to ordinary students in the form of two kinds of methods, carries on the inspection of high level athletes.3. Six universities in Beijing for high level athletes finish on the total number of credits taken, not easily implement reduction credits for athletes is favorable, but to get good results in the competition of athletes metropolitan bonuses or training subsidy. At the same time, the performance of elite athletes carried out research or tuition waiver and other preferential policies.4. The six university high level track and field sports team basically adopt the method of learning, training in the afternoon, in the morning, to implement scientific management for high level athletes and systemic training. Professional athletes according to whether or not registered to the corresponding provincial team, every year there will be in 3-4 or 6-7 games.5. All items six universities high level sports teams in Beijing coaches quantity allocation more reasonable, and coaches the overall title higher levels, mostly is given priority to with associate professor Coach education background are bachelor degree or above, and the charge of fixed number of year is longer, most coaches have sports experiences, and mostly graduated from the professional sports colleges and universities, is rich in experience.6. A high level of track and field athletes yield is low, outstanding contradictions between learning, rules and regulations, it is necessary to reform the team to develop large affected by the strength of school construction and training of science and technology guarantee condition is missing of the main problems in the construction of high level sports teams in colleges and universities. |
