Tactic analysis was the crucial part of athletic training werea. The purpose of thwas research was by analyzing excellent Chinese female players who use the action tactics base on the new rule, then take the analytical result as an reference for training and talent identification. Methods:Base on the video recording of top five players of female judo competition of each weight divisions in 2013 National Games of thePeople’s Republic of China, to record those action tactics, and analyzed skills and strategies records by the judo professionals.Score level:ippon, waza-ari, yuko, Tactics:Attacking time, scoreing time and skills (Grips, te-waza, ashi-waza, koshi-waza, sutemi-waza, osae-komi-waza, shime-waza, kansetsu-waza).Pearson’s chi-squared test and Oneway ANOVA were used to analyze the characteristic of skills and strategies of each weight divisions. Results:1. ashi-waza was the most common skill (74.7%), sutemi-waza was the second place (11.8%), te-wazawas was the third(9.596) and koshi-waza was fourth(4%). When applied te-waza, the most frequently used actions were uchi-mata, kouchi-gari, ouchi-gari. In terms of koshi-waza, there were four major skills which were:sode-tsurikomi-goshi, harai-goshi, uki-goshi, ushiro-goshi.The most frequently used skills when applied sutemi-waza were osoto-makikomi, tani-otoshi, sumi-gaeshi, tomoe-nage. Moreover, in terms of katame-waza, osae-komi-waza occupied 73.9% which was No.1 and then shime-waza 24.1% as No.2, kansetsu-waza was the third place as 2%. Score level:Ippon 39.2% which was the highest, yuko was 31.9% and waza was 28.9%. Score time:Majority scored time was 1-2 minutes which occupied 25.5%, No.2 was 2-3 minutes which was 17%, No.3 was 3-4 minutes,14.5%, then golden score was No.4 which occupied 14%. Grips:front grit occupied 38.9% which was the majority, then neck-back was 30.6% as second place, others was 13.9% and posterior and waist were 8.3% respectively as No.4. Conclusions:when the player was equally capable with competitor in the competition, she will appear to be passively attacking or over-defense when scored. However, the game rules became more restricted nowadays, if players can change the mindset from defense to attack, and focus more in active attack, it will increase the winning possibility significantly, and also could prevent competitor to have chance to score.
