For a long time, lag of juvenile football training is a yoke for football development in our country. This study based on physiological and psychological characteristics and movement characteristics of preschool children chose the most basic operators in soccer ball teaching experiments, supported by the theory of the zone of proximal development, follow the rules of football, using the game method to design classroom teaching practice. In experiments arranged by experiment method, the control group, experimental group a total of 325 to 6 years old preschool children in teaching research and analysis, from the child’s physical quality, skill and luck ball control and so on before and after the experiment of comparison and analysis, for ten months, three stages of teaching experimental research, the following conclusions:(1) The practice game method for 5-6 years old preschool children yun possession football teaching has its positive effect:the diversity of game design, rich performance to make the children’s interest in football to keep for a long time, and is willing to participate actively; Suitable for children’s psychological needs, easy to control and manage the classroom; Support effect in the teaching, to facilitate teaching, and can quickly grasp certain ball movement.(2) The game to practice law as the main means, in the main part of the teaching design on the basis of the theory of the zone of proximal development, a clear design ideas, using step to promote the teaching effect is remarkable; Children in a dial the ball, the ball, smash, single and double foot dribbling, run with ball shipped ball test results improved obviously; Different carrying the ball movement according to the different types of games practice is a good way to learn. Are found in the study, strengthen the body coordination and sensitivity of game design is applied, can make learning easier football luck in possession of the ball.(3) The experiment found that in carrying the ball teaching learn dial the ball before you pull the ball, smash, learn foot inside carrying the ball before you feet lateral ball, children more easy to learn and accept; His left foot ball, the outside carrying the ball and the drop shot is relatively difficult, but through the reasonable design of teaching, children can grasp.(4) Suggestion:when using the method of game to practice the teaching, according to children’s actual situation, location equipment, flexible such as personal ability, reasonable guide. It is not recommended to learn fake action in enlightenment phase for 5 to 6 years old children, because the action is too difficult for the child to master.
