Twenty-first Century is an era of knowledge economy,intellectual property plays a leading role in knowledge economy order. In such an era, a creative can make an enterprise, a book can create a myth of wealth,a patent can change an industry pattern,so intellectual property education in primary and middle school students,cultivate their essential atmosphere and innovation ability respect and protection of intellectual property rights.Intellectual property education reading is one of the main document of teachers and students,but also the teachers of primary and middle school teaching basis of intellectual property rights, is the student to obtain the system knowledge and develop intelligence and an important tool to enhance the ideological and moral consciousness.Therefore, the intellectual property education in primary and secondary schools to implement the reader naturally becomes one of the key to the smooth implementation of intellectual property education in primary and middle schools in China. However,at present China’s Intellectual Property Education reading is still in the initial stage,mixed sources and types of reading. This paper hope that through a comparative study of Chinese and Japanese intellectual property education reader, and the combination of intellectual property education in primary and middle schools in our country,summarizes the characteristic of intellectual property education reading writing in primary and secondary schools,in order to provide some suggestions for reference for the preparation of intellectual property in our country elementary and middle schools education reader.The research mainly by covering intellectual property reader schools content, the presentation of the contents of two aspects, at present of our country has been officially published and widely used three sets of middle and primary schools of intellectual property education reader,and the Japanese Society for intellectual property to intellectual property education in Japanese primary and secondary schools to carry out the situation of book written for comparative analysis, mining and developed writing way to leam the intellectual property education textbook in primary and secondary schools,the hope can provide a useful reference for the preparation of intellectual property education in primary and middle schools in the future reader.This paper mainly studies three aspects: The first study, the survey of intellectual property right in primary and middle school in China; The second study, a comparative study of objects in the primary and secondary education of intellectual property in selecting the content of the existing similarities and difFerences;the last study,comparison of the contents of intellectual property in the study of the similarities and differences of the content of intellectual property rights in the study.Through the research, we draw the following conclusions:(1) Most of the provinces in China have begun to varying degrees of intellectual property education in primary and secondary schools, but there are significant differences in overall development situation;(2)A complete primary and secondary intellectual property reader should contain "respect for and protection of intellectual property rights awareness training" and "two aspects the contents of the innovation ability training";(3) Japan compared to our country attaches pays more attention to the training of creativity of students;(4) Our country elementary and middle schools education of intellectual property rights has not yet to establish contact with the market which its growth and use.
