The World has became aging society since 2005, aging has an increasing significant on economic growth. China, South Korea and Japan both have "East Asia Aging Character" with short period and deep level. Japan has the highest aging level in the world. South Korea is the fastest aging country, China has to face the largest aging population in the World. Different from China, South Korea and Japan are three important countries in East Asia, they are neighboring countries which have similarly culture and connected with each other closely. Now they are under the negotiation of building FTA between China, South Korea and Japan. Comparing population aging situation of China, South Korea and Japan is significant.This article discusses the following four aspects, First of all, make a conclusion of the main theories of aging-related research at home and abroad, concluding the research field, country comparisons and conclusions mainstream. Then compare the "East Asia Aging Model" between three countries, from the aging process, the main indicators of aging, aging causes as well as the development of older industries and pension insurance system construction and other comparative analysis of the similarities and differences between the angle of the three countries on the path of development of aging. What’s more, built a SOLOW Model and make an empirical analysis between China, South Korea and Japan from the period 1970-2013, and draw a conclusion that the three aging rates are negative and the trend output elasticity increases, their aging contribution to economic growth rate despite fluctuations with the decline general trend. Finally, based on empirical analysis in terms of older industries and pension system, laws and regulations of the inspiration, make a conclusion of advanced experience of Japan and South Korea which has important practical significance on the Chinese challenge of aging.
