The advent of the information age, the transformation of structure of teacher authority was promoted. Compared to ordinary school teacher authority, the authority of occupation technical school has its unique connotation and structure. ”double-qualified” teachers’ authority was a kind of dominant power, which produced by the state, society’s educational power and teacher personal factors. Mainly for the “double-qualified” teachers’ with their rich knowledge, teaching skills, full of love and moral quality personal authority to enable students to produce a convincing from the heart. Generation new teacher authority, contribute to the non rational authority behavior inhibition of teachers, to enable students to obtain knowledge and in the process of convincing and respect for teachers in the promotion of ability. In the occupation school, teacher authority meets more and more challenge, teacher-student conflict event requires us to address the construction of new teacher authority.This study uses the method of questionnaire investigation on 190 “double qualified” teachers from five different occupation schools. 10 senior teachers and 10 novice teachers were been education observation and interview, which focus on the analysis and investigate the influence factors for the formation of teacher authority and effective ways of construction.The investigation showed that, teachers were investigated realized the importance of the teacher authority, considered that the teacher authority plays an indispensable role in the educational and teaching activities. The influence factors for the project, sorted by mean size influence factors: affective factors >ability factor >experience factors > personality factors >knowledge factor >operation skills; the way to construct: the extrinsic>intrinsic pathway. Comparative study of senior teachers and novice teachers found that novice teachers has not yet set up teacher authority, while most of senior teachers had already established authority. Teacher authority set up or not, it not only influences teachers’ personal self-confidence, happiness, also influence the teachers’ teaching effect. Whether novice teachers or senior teachers, they all unanimously approved the charm of personality is an important factor affecting the construction of teacher authority. Authoritative teacher has the following characterization: great love, skillful, wisdom and positive energy, these good qualities to prop up the students to teacher’s respect and trust.Based on the research results and the theoretical basis of this study, on reception authority of Badena’s, theory of selection of William Glasser’s, Bourdieu’s field theory, I put forward some advice for the “double-qualified” teachers to construe their authority. From the outside through the view, I was trying to "construct the authority the connotation construction and the ways for teachers of “double-quality” teachers" combination, promote to build high-quality teachers occupation colleges, including: The management system innovation of "double-quality” teachers; the perfect incentive mechanism of " double-quality” teachers and education content update “double-quality” teachers. Form the intrinsic pathway of view, trying from the perspective of the students, in understanding the needs of the students and on the basis of the Students expectations of teachers to establish of “double-quality” teachers: teachers should be a fair and impartial teacher, strengthen their sense of responsibility, continuously enhance the operating skills and constantly improve the knowledge structure of teachers highlights, and its own personality charm.
