Research For Stability Of University Students In Big Data Era

Currently,the human society is quietly entered a new historical stage-Big Data era, in this information age which data is the core, hidden behind the value of the data is being applied to various fields, profoundly changing the way people live, work and thinking, universities are also included. Stability of students has been a hot issue of social concern, face with a wave of Big Data, the work of stability will exhibit some new characteristics, how to adapt to the new situation, follow the new changes has become a new topic.Big Data is something that people can make it on the basis of large-scale data instead of small-scale. The basic characteristics of Big data are volume, variety, velocity and veracity. Big Data has three basic types which are business data, network data and sensory data. Stability of students plays an important part in the work of university stability which has already obtained great achievement. Achievements are dependent on the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the great achievements in economy construction and scientific theory. There are some shortcomings such as collaboration disposal system is not sound,capability of warning and judging is still low, means of conflict investigation are relatively simple, the capability of emergency response is inadequate, the level of intelligence gathering should be improved, the right of students for information need to be strengthened. On one hand, Big Data fosters awareness of data applications, expands the sources of information collection, improves the data analysis techniques, on the other hand, the personal privacy of students will be violated, the ability of work team will be challenged, the filtering of information will be more difficult if handled improperly.It is necessary to research from idea and methods for stability of university students in Big Data era. We can explore new idea for stability of university students such as “digitization, entirety, relevancy” and innovate new methods from sounding system for stability of university students, implementing macro-guidence of university, building the Big Data, clearing the responsibility of departments, improving the overall governance, reinforcing the building of micro part,consolidating the dominant position of students. Through the combination of Big Data and stability of university students, achieving the unity of theory and practice.
