In recent years, track and field training camp to carry out the State Sports General Administration of Athletics Administrative Centre implemented to improve the selection and training of athletics talents to work, so the growth in the number of personnel not only be protected, but also in the quality and structure of a certain optimization. In this study, management and operation mechanism Athletics Administrative Center organized individual base camp for the study; selected to participate in training camp with outstanding coaches, athletes, experts, and managers involved in training for the survey. Using literature research, interviews, questionnaires, field survey, mathematical statistics, carried out a series of studies, the following conclusions:1 Research on the Present Athletics Olympic training camp Talented high level of individual base. Working with remarkable results. Coach overall quality, enhance operational capacity. Doubling the number of personnel transport, and lay a solid foundation for the development of the base. Strengthen grassroots exchanges and communication, so that the relevant skills, experience, knowledge and constantly bringing together surge, easing our young Talented Athletes lack of development of the predicament.2 Camp management systems analysis combing operation existing problems. Including:management of the organization, not prepared in advance; schedule is unreasonable; investment management mechanism imperfect. Participation in staff, there are no clear division of responsibilities; lack of enthusiasm for work; more interference by external factors; inadequate preparation; lack of mobility and other athletes.3 Establish training camp staff organize the relational model. Divided the various types of training camp participants scope of work includes:expert training camp, coaches, athletes, athletics management center, backup talent base management. In the dialectical relationship between the whole and the parts to clarify the logical sequence of training camp organized operation.4 Camp management planning process. In order of time to develop, will be divided into training camp management process:before, during, after three stages, each stage nexus, complement each other, methodically, covering the full training camp to prepare the planning process.5.
