This study on weight-bearing squat and core stability training paper summarizes the basic theory and practice, and through the deep squat and half squat training for basketball players comparative study on the core stability and strength of the lower limb, for a more scientific use of deep squats and half squat provide reference for training and testing. This experiment studies the selection the basketball professional 17 boys of physical education college of Beijing sport university as subjects, were randomly divided into 3 groups, a group for the deep squat training group 6 people;A group of half squat training group 5 people;6 people of blank control group. The deep squat training group and half squat training group respectively for 6 weeks training in weight-bearing deep or half squat,2 times a week. Training load for the deep squat or half squat were 85% of maximum strength, repeat six times in each group, there were four groups. Respectively before and after the experiment was carried out on the subjects of lower extremities maximum strength and core stability testing, the results of the study:1. The basketball player after six weeks weight-bearing deep squat or half squat training, maximum strength of lower limbs were significantlyimproved, but loaded squat and squat six weeks training forimproving basketball player lower limbs strength and there is nosignificant difference.2. After the six weeks weight-bearing squat training, the effect of joint angle passes of the deep squat training group better than the half squat training group.3. The basketball player after six weeks weight-bearing deep squat or half squat training, stability testing side differences there were changes in the core area, but there is no significant difference in overall core stability.
