Evidence suggests that professional ethics is currently a neglected topic in teacher education programs. This study take teachers’ professional development as the basic research background, following the research train of thought" connotation establishment-status quo carding, problem analysis and countermeasures". Take Normal University H as the research object, using literature research and empirical study. Examine students’ professional ethics education present situation and existing problems, on the basis of students professional ethics education connotation. Then explore the causes of problems and put forward suggestions to strengthen students’ professional ethics education.Students professional ethics education refers to the normal colleges according to the social ethical requirement for teachers’ professional community, influence students’ professional ethics, professional emotion, professional faith and professional behavior systematically. It is not limited to personal moral improvement, but aimed at helping students improving teaching ethical sensitivity, mastering the methods of value clarification and solving moral dilemma problems.Currently students professional ethics education is not valued in normal colleges. Giving priority to professional education courses, professional ethics course is in edge position. Professional ethics training is lack of contact with practice, making students couldn’t solve the ethical issues in real teaching situation. Teacher educators treat teaching seriously, but in terms of professional ethics education they did not play the exemplary role. The resulting effect is students have stronger professional beliefs and emotions, but professional ethics knowledge, consciousness of professional ethics, specialty will and capacity are to be strengthened.Socialcultural restrictions, the lack of ethics system and the plight of teachers education itself are the causes of the students professional ethics education problems. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of students professional ethics education, social and pedagogical colleges need to create an ethical culture environment, strengthen the construction of teachers’ professional ethics code and improve the students’ professional ethics evaluation system, strengthen the professional ethics courses, improve teaching staff quality and promote the teaching reform of professional ethics.
